The Senior Executive – Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the sales initiatives of Arch Real Estate Ltd. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring that they achieve their sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and direct inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conduct property showings and site visits to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of the properties.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Assist clients with the completion of sales contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork. Ensure timely and efficient processing of transactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, attend exhibitions, and provide input for lead generation initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the company’s customer base and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Experience in property sales or project management is preferred.
