Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager – Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the sales initiatives of Arch Real Estate Ltd. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring that they achieve their sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and target markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
    • Implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
